1 December 2017 Volume Thirty Eight Number Twelve 2 0 1 8 The year In Epidemiology - 2018 Our 2018 calendar of key events in Epidemiology contains 175 listings to help you stay in touch and up to date on the latest developments in the field. The calendar items represent an almost 50% increase compared to the number of listings published last year in our 2017 calendar. The largest number of listings are for conferences and short courses which together make up 84% of the listings. We identified 14 summer programs and a smaller number of winter programs. This year s calendar is truly international with listings from multiple countries on different continents.

2 2018 will introduce at least two first-time conferences on timely topics.
