2 WARNING Prior to putting on the safety belt, all loose straps must be secured properly to eliminate emergency egress snag hazards. PILOT READING CHECKLIST ACTION PILOT RESPONDING Shoulder harness locks- Check Rapidly pull on both shoulder straps to ensure inertia reels lock. Lock then un-lock the inertia reel lock control to reset reels Lean forward to extend the shoulder harness. Manually place the inertia reel lock control in the LOCK position. Return to the upright seated position. The Shoulder harness should ratchet as it retracts. Manually place the inertia reel lock control in the UNLOCK position.
