This issue of the Consolidated Address and Territorial Bulletin lists all the necessary informationformerly contained in the Consolidated Address and Territorial Bulletin When using an overnight express mail service for Express-to-Address-Express Mail Service(excluding Box NUMBERS ) the direct delivery address, along with the name and telephone number ofa contact person should be shown.
3 Express mail mailed on Friday which cannot be delivered to theaddress on Saturday will be delivered the next business day. Questions concerning the availabilityexpress mail to a particular city should be directed to local express mail Customer ServiceRepresentatives. This issue provides the two-letter State abbreviations which may be used in conjunctionwit the Zip Codes. The use of two-letter State abbreviations is not mandatory. Information concerningthe addresses, FACILITY NUMBERS , servicing facilities and Memorial Service Networks for National CemeteryAdministration field facilities is included in Section V.
