4 Highly dynamic and fluctuating Telecommunications industry Key Performance Areas: Day to day follow-up of regulatory operational matters and decision in accordance with the license agreement and applicable legislations and bylaws. Tracking and close coordination and follow up with concerned function to address identified regulatory issues related to company business. Ensure regulatory operational requirements and requests are adequately addressed Represent the company in the meetings with the LTA and other operators and report accordingly Assist in providing regulatory advice when required. Ensure the implementation of Regulatory business operation plans.
5 Assist in keeping functional divisions continuously aware of applicable regulations in their respective areas. Develop and maintain processes and procedures necessary for the job Adequate filing and data retention for all activities vested in the job. Tracking of correspondences with the Regulator. Negotiation with external/third parties such as other mobile operators and regulators to design innovative solutions for implementation of laws and regulations. 8 Independent thought and Judgment: Use of independent thought and judgement in the implementation of laws and regulations with input from regulatory advisors. Development of the business solution to ensure compliance, with actual solution to be approved by the various stakeholders.
