2 This can be front and back, and must illustrate any change in the level of the ground, if that change is present; and The photos must be clear (this precludes faxing of photos because most faxed photos are not clear enough to show detail); and If there is anything blocking the foundation or the vents, a combination of photos of various angles to display the foundation characteristics would be necessary.
