What Can Boost Female Labor Force Participation in Asia?
Greater female labor force participation (FLFP) can boost growth by increasing the labor supply. Increased contribution by women in the labor force has become one of the key policy issues particularly in developed economies that face a rapidly aging and shrinking population (IMF, 2013).
