1 FCT SERIES TM TRUNNION MOUNTED SPLIT BODY BALL VALVEST runnion mounted split body ball valves, double block and bleed function, for oil and gas applicationsFEATURES Ball valves, trunnion mounted, split body, type TM-A (pin trunnion) and TM-B (plate trunnion). Design, manufacturing and materials comply with the Essential Safety Requirements of the 97/23/EC Directive (PED). All valves designed to API 6D. Body wall thickness complies with ASME (forged). Full and reduced bore valves available. Bi-directional valves, double block and bleed, allowing the venting and the draining of the body cavity, in both open and closed position.

2 Seat design: single piston effect (standard) providing self relieving of the body cavity overpressure. Soft seat (PFA, polyamides, Devlon V). Blow out proof shouldered shaft (retained by the valve body). Antistatic device to ISO 17292 (10 under 12 volt) between body and seats and ball and shaft. Guided shaft (bearings) to minimize the operating torques. Fire tested to API 607 5th edition / ISO 10497. Emergency sealant injection provision (all seats and shaft) - standard for DN 350 (NPS 14) and above, lower sizes on request.

3 Testing to API 6D: hydrostatic body shell test, hydrostatic seats test, DBB test (on request), pneumatic seat test and torque measurement. Marking to API 6D and PED.
