ABSTRACT: The study was carried out to investigate the extent to which COMMUNAL PARTICIPATION CORRELATES influence the implementation of social welfare projects in Odukpani and Biase Local Government Areas of Cross River State. Two hypotheses were formulated to guide the study. Two hundred and fifty (250) respondents were randomly selected from ten (10) council wards in Odukpani and Biase Local Government Areas of Cross River State, using stratified and simple random sampling.
