Mobil Oil Australia Pty Limited ABN 88 004 052 984, Caltex Australia Petroleum Pty Limited ABN 17 000 032 128, BP Australia Pty Ltd ABN 53 004 085 616, Viva Energy Aviation Pty Limited ABN 29 167 761 453 as Infrastructure Provider own and operate the Fuel Facilities at Melbourne Airport. 2. The Infrastructure Provider supplies Access Services at the Fuel Facilities to Applicants who meet the Qualifying Criteria and who enter into a User Agreement. 3. Access Services are services relating to the use of or access to the Fuel Facilities including services relating to the scheduling, receipt, handling, measuring, storage, supply, distribution or withdrawal of Jet Fuel to, in, through or from any part of the Fuel Facilities that facilitate the sale of Jet Fuel to Customers at Melbourne Airport.
Once the completed Enquiry Form has been received by the Operator and it has been verified to the satisfaction of the Operator that the Applicant is a genuine applicant and not subject to international trade sanctions, the Operator will forward a Confidentiality Agreement
