2 EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or two to four years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Prefer Professional in Human Resources or Certified Payroll Professional/Fundamental Payroll Certification LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common business journals, financial reports, and legal documents. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community. MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations. REASONING ABILITY: Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
