It also provides for the execution ofvarious aspects of the army Military Construction Program . Specifically, this pamphlet Describes the information to be entered into the various sections of DD Forms 1391(electronically generated form) and DD Form 1390, FY -__ Military Construction Pro-gram, Parts A and B, respectively.

9 Provides guidance supplemental to that contained in AR 415-15 for the programmingand execution of the army Military Construction Pam 415-15 l 25 October 19997 Chapter This pamphlet assists installation programmers in preparing and updat-ing Department of Defense (DD) Forms 1390 and 1391 prescribed by AR 415-15,and supplements AR 415-15. It provides information for individuals at all levelswho are involved in Military Construction programming. In addition, this pamphletexplains how to utilize the DD 1391 Processor System (DD 1391 Processor) todocument requirements necessary for the submittal of programming requests formilitary Construction projects through the Development of DD Forms 1391. It alsopermits installation programmers to update information used as a basis for prioryear submittal of the installation prioritized Construction list through updating of DDForms This pamphlet provides sufficient information for a beginning Program -mer to use as a reference to prepare and update DD Forms 1391 and update DDForms 1390 for the army Military Construction (MILCON) Program .
