タンパク定量 (BCA法)
一段階のBiuret反応でできるCu(I)とペプチドの錯体自体にも吸光はありますが、測定に使うには弱すぎます。 なので、二段階目のBCAとの錯体形成反応で562nmに吸収極大を持つより吸光度の高い錯体へと変換していま す。
