1 DESCRIPTIONT hese Category IV, highly efficient, compact, CONDENSING typefurnaces are designed for residential and commercial installa-tions in a basement, closet, alcove, recreation room or garagewhere the ambient temperature is above 32 F, or higher. Theymay be either side wall or thru-roof vented using approvedplastic type combustion air and vent piping. All units are factoryassembled, wired and tested to assure dependable and eco-nomical installation and Compact, easy to install, ideal height 45" cabinet Full height blower compartment allows side return applica-tion without the use of a return air box.

2 Blower-off delay for cooling SEER improvement. Easy to connect power/control wiring. Built-in, high level self diagnostics with fault code display. Low unit amp requirement for easy replacement application. Integrated control module for reliable, economical operation. "Diamond Tough" hot surface ignitor. May be installed as either two-pipe (sealed combustion) orsingle pipe vent (using indoor combustion air) Top intake & vent connection allows installation in narrowlocations. Electronic Hot Surface Ignition saves fuel cost with increaseddependability and reliability.

3 Induced combustion system with inshot main burners forquiet, efficient operation. No special vent termination kit required. 100% shut off main gas valve for extra safety. PSC - multiple speed, direct drive motor with large, quietblower. 24V, 40 VA control transformer and blower relay supplied foradd-on cooling. Hi-tech tubular aluminized steel primary heat exchanger. Secondary ( CONDENSING ) heat exchanger of 29-4C high-grade stainless steel. Timed on, adjustable off blower capability for maximumcomfort. Blower door safety switch.

4 Solid bottom with removable panel allows easy application. Easy access from front of unit for cleaning, maintenance orservice. Protection from intake, exhaust or condensate blockage. High velocity filter provided for field installation.
