Single-center, retrospective cohort study identified 15 adults with MIS-A from those hospitalized with a positive SARS-CoV-2 test result1 –15 (1.7%) of 839 hospitalized patients –Patients with MIS-A were younger and more likely to have positive serologic test (SARS-CoV-2 antibodies) compared to acute COVID-19 patients.
