2 Develop relationships with all external and internal stakeholders as well as relevant Ombudsmen offices. Manage CUSTOMER SERVICE operations and ombuds team for Ithala Group. Handle CUSTOMER complaints, ensure they are investigated, resolve disputes and facilitate the adoption of complaints policy and procedures. Manage Financial Resources, ensuring that expenditure aligns with budget. Manage Human Resources. The following minimum requirements should be met in order to be considered: Bachelor s degree in Commerce or any related qualification. Post Graduate qualification would be an advantage. Five (5) years appropriate experience in Financial services , Retail, Banking or Development Finance Industries.

3 A proven record of a successfully managed CUSTOMER relationship and complaints resolution process. Ability to interact at the highest level. Professionalism with thorough knowledge of the core principles of a successful CUSTOMER services function. Knowledge of business etiquette/protocol. Product Knowledge. Good presentation, interpersonal and negotiating skills. Analytical and problem solving skills. High focus on results and CUSTOMER satisfaction. Exceptional oral and written communication skills. Submission and report writing skills. Computer literacy in Microsoft Office Packages. Innovative and solutions orientated.

4 Financial analysis knowledge, ability to read a balance sheet etc. Knowledge of lease, loans and sales procedures. Strategic planning, including budget/financial management. Knowledge of investment regime/parameters. Good CUSTOMER SERVICE management skills. All Short listed applicants will be subjected to assessments, references and credit checks.
