2 In these applications, the manifold is often supported by the sig-nal lines but may be AGCO Mountsupported (AM).The M1 manifold is available with an inte-gral metal seat or with various replaceable, roddable soft seats. The valve orifice is3/16-inch [ mm] M110 manifold is a high pressureversion of the M1 and is available in 316 SS with integral and Benefits Cost savings/less laborresults whenunitizing the manifolding. It eliminatesnumerous parts used in conventionalmethods of piping up. Results in costreduction of 20-30 percent. Roddability characterizesthe M1 with soft seats for services prone toplugging.

3 A protective bonnet capincreasesvalve life by protecting against atmos-pheric contamination; reduces possibilityof thread galling by containment of stemlubricant. Fewer leak pointsreduce the chancesof leakage from a unitized design. Packing is below stem and corrosion of the stemthreads due to exposure to the processfluid is prevented. The packing isolatesthe stem threads from the process. Replaceable soft seat design isbubble-tight with a 3 16-inch [ mm]diameter orifice as standard. Increased valve lifeis obtained byrolling rather than cutting stem provides a stronger, more durablethread area.

4 Integral hard backseatprotectsagainst stem blowout and provides asecondary packing seal. Stem packing is adjustableforleakproof and long service life.
