Here are some of the top questions we ve heard from you about our program: EMPLOYEE REFERRALS IN WORKDAY frequently asked QUESTIONS question Answer How are the FSO Requisitions different from other Requisitions? If your referral is interested in more than one position and you know they have a specific skillset or area of expertise, you can simply refer them to the appropriate profile requisition. Analytics & Data Science (R0010088); Consulting (R0010086); Cyber (R0010096); Digital Solutions (R0010101); Engineering & Science (R0010089) Can I refer an external candidate to multiple requisitions?

2 You can refer a single external candidate to multiple requisitions, or multiple external candidates to the same requisition but each must be a separate submission in WORKDAY . Do I have to email an application link my referral ? WORKDAY will do this for you as long as your referral includes a valid email address for the candidate so they can receive the application link. I just submitted an EMPLOYEE referral . Why don t I see the candidate s name under BAH My REFERRALS in the Career worklet? The candidate does not officially become your referral until they have applied to the position you submitted them against via the link from WORKDAY . The BAH My REFERRALS table (under the Career worklet) will reflect the candidate you referred once that candidate has applied but not before.

3 Will I have any way to get insight as to whether my referral is being considered as a hire? Yes, you will see a status in the BAH My REFERRALS table. You will also receive notifications in WORKDAY (to your Notifications box) as your referred candidate progresses through the application, interview and offer stages of the hiring process. What is the bonus amount and timing of payment for a successful referral hire? All bonus amounts are based on level the new hire enters the firm: $500: Administrative Professional $1,500: Consultant- Partner Bonus payments are processed after the referred EMPLOYEE has been employed by the firm for 60 days, and are paid at the end of the month paycheck. A referring EMPLOYEE must remain employed through that end of month paycheck to receive the referral bonus.

4 Amounts are pretax and based on a full-time hire. You must also meet the eligibility requirements. Please note: this payout guidance may differ for special referral campaigns. To see current campaigns, click here. External candidate says they ve submitted their application but they are still not listed under BAH My REFERRALS and I haven t received a WORKDAY notification. It is possible that the candidate submitted their application but did not use the referral link to apply. Please contact the help desk so we can review your specific situation for you.
