It will be up to the Community Directors and your Regional Manager to arrange the schedules so all associates will be able to enjoy time off for the holidays while still maintaining the operations and needs of the community. Christmas EveSites will close all day on Easter Sunday. Associates may utilize vacation time, personal time, or make up the time during the remainder of the work an associate works on a holiday, they may take an alternate day off within that pay period depending on business needs. If the associate is non-exempt, they will be paid time and a half for any hours worked on the actual holiday. If the associate normally has the holiday off, they may either take an alternate day off that week or receive the holiday pay in addition to their regular pay.
