This year we are asking that each of you FOCUS on the FUNDAMENTALS . Just like pro golfers take the time to evaluate their swing, please take this opportunity to brush up on your product basics and your sales techniques. 2 Whatever it is, this is the year to get the training you need to take your sales and product knowledge to the next level. In this time where no sale comes easy , who knows how this advanced preparation could differentiate you from the have spent a lot of time this year reviewing our training and have learned we have a lot of it! To help you understand the time commitment of our training plans, we have included durations for all of our trainings. So for example, instead of looking at the Phase 1, Residential Training Plan as having to take 13 classes, one can now break it down as 4 hours and 30 minutes of online training, and 2 days out of the office for instructor-led.

3 Over the course of 1 year, that seems a lot more manageable.
