Enter the licensee's license number and the following information: For Individuals: SS number and last name For Businesses: EIN number and postal code 4. Click the Continue button to submit your request to the Pearson VUE. or click Cancel to return to the main menu without making your changes. 9. You may print the confirmation page for your records. Please note however, that your confirmation number will be e-mailed to you.
