If remitting by personal check please make payable to: usda Forest Service and have your driver's license and daytime telephone number printed on the check or in blocks below. Please DO NOT include pre-stamped envelopes and/or money for postage. If postage is added to your christmas tree check, your check will be returned and will delay the receipt of your christmas tree tag. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.
