If the set resistoris connectednearthe loadthe effectiveline resistancewill (1 + R2/R1)or in this case, showsthe effectof resistancebetweenthe regulatorand 240- set TO-92package,it is easyto minimizethe resistancefromthe caseto the set resistor,by usingtwoseparateleadsto the outputpin.
