These devices provide an integrated, robust solution Fast Current Limit Response Time to provide current limiting the output current to a safe Fault Blanking level by switching into a constant-current mode when Auto Restart the ouptut load exceeds the current-limit threshold. The OC logic output asserts low during overcurrent, Compatible Control Input Thresholds undervoltage, or overtemperature conditions. These ESD Performance Tested Per JESD 22 additional features make the TPS22941/2/3/4/5 an 4000-V Human-Body Model ideal solution for applications where current limiting is (A114-B, Class II) necessary.
