Maintains and adapts tracking tools requiring a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs and other applicable software to ensure timely and accurate processing of payments. Compiles and prepares informational and narrative reports based off of data from online electronic databases and computer information systems such as the Defense Travel System (DTS), Document Tracking and Management System (DTMS), and Marine Corps Total Force system (MCTFS) to ensure compliance with DODFM regulations.

6 Fills out a wide variety of forms and composes letters to affect administrative actions, requiring knowledge and skill in correspondence practices and procedures. Provides advice and guidance concerning DODFM functions and procedures to members within the organization, as well as outside entitles including customers, both verbally and in written correspondence.
