2 It is supplied as a four-component system, pre-weighed for on-site laid, it provides a smooth, light-reflective surface. It isavailable in a range of standard epoxy floor toppingThe designated floor areas shall be surfaced with NitoflorSL1000, a - mm thick floor-applied epoxy resinfloor topping. Mechanical cleaningmethods are strongly recommended particularly where heavycontamination by oil and grease has occurred or existingcoatings are present.

8 To ensure adhesion, all contaminationshould be removed. 9 The primer should be applied immediately tothe prepared substrate using stiff brushes and/or primer should be well scrubbed into the substrate toensure full coverage, but care should be taken to avoid overapplication or ponding .Allow the primer to dry (see table below) before proceedingto the next stage, do not proceed whilst the primer is tacky as this will lead to unsightly marks in the finished substrates may require a second primer coat - whenthe first coat is directly absorbed into the substrate - butminimum overcoating times must still be observed (seetable below).

10 The overcoating times will vary slightly according to theporosity of the substrate.
