1 Position: Operations Manager Location: Washington, DC. Clearance: TS/SCI Required Position Overview: The Operations Manager oversees employees engaged in providing information system solutions and technical support in one or more functional areas. The position requires an active TS/SCI. clearance and probable OCONUS TDY. Candidate will be required to successfully pass an enhanced security evaluation. Responsibilities: Functional Areas o Manage one or more functional areas of information system solutions development and technical support: personal computer/client server support systems programming applications design and development database design and administration information security telecommunications and network support and administration.

2 Operations Management o Supervise non-exempt technicians and exempt professionals, and may manage subordinate supervisors. o Develop schedules and assign work to meet critical customer deadlines. o Ensure that proper records and other documentation are maintained. o May also perform complex IT tasks. o Maintain current knowledge of relevant technology as assigned. Perform other related duties as required. 4 8-10 years of related information systems experience, including supervisory experience. TS/SCI Security Clearance One of the certifications for DOD 8570 IAT level 3 (CISA, GSE, CISSP, or GCIH); and ITIL v3 Foundation or above.
