The cut-off for debit order processing is two business days before your selected debit order date. Electronic collections occur on the next business day after we begin processing your APPLICATION . All instructions will be processed upon receipt of a fully co mpleted APPLICATION accompanied with the required documentation as indicated above. You will receive sms confirmation once your instruction has been processed. As part of our service offering, you will receive a STANLIB online user id that will be forwarded to you to be activated within 2 days upon completion of your instruction.
