6 5 installation Data6 Start-Up ProcedureFCorrectly wire the plug and, beforemounting it on the valve solenoid,apply 24V DC (20 to 30V limits) to the Power input for correct plug function byillumination/non-illumination of theLED. The LED should illuminate whenthe demand applied to the signalinput terminal is between 200 mV and10V (or 4 mA and 20 mA) and shouldnot be illuminated when the applieddemand is less than 100 mV (4 mA). Ifthere is a malfunction a new plug mustbe off Power supply andcommand/input signal and then installplug on solenoid. Ensure that all sealsare fitted correctly and clamped as theretaining screw is tightened: this isessential in providing IP67 that the hydraulic system willnot cause any erratic movement ofactuators, then: Switch on Power supply again. Repeat LED/function check as in LED malfunction now indicates ashort circuit at the completion of thesechecks means that the plug and loadare ready for PartsThe only spare part available is theinterface seal, part number ProcedureOrder plug by full model code, and spareinterface seals by part number 732100.
