This Departmental Regulation (DR) sets forth the authority, policy , and responsibilities for managing the Telework and Remote Work Programs within the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA).
4. TELEWORK POLICY USDA fully supports and promotes the use of telework for and by eligible employees. The USDA Telework Program is designed to fully implement the Telework Enhancement Act of 2010 and enhance work-life balance for employees. USDA permits telework up to 8 days per biweekly pay period based on the duties of the position.
