A total of 24 lakh documents approx were registered in the year 2013-14.
2 Every year approximately 2 Crore citizens visit the Department. The Department is one of the major contributors to the development of the state of Maharashtra. 3 The Department would register the document and send back the registered document electronically. For e-Registration , citizen needs to have PC with updated Antivirus, Broadband Internet Connection, Web Camera, Fingerprint reader and Aadhar Card of all parties [including witnesses and identifiers]. In absence of this, citizen can also visit nearest designated CSC, and complete registration . Template with standard terms & conditions will be made available on e-Registration portal. Using this template citizen can prepare draft agreement document. Admission and Identification of parties would be done automatically by comparing Aadhar details with Aadhar database.
4 Until all the steps of registration as per registration Act are not completed, the document will remain in draft/unregistered state. 5 Open e-Registration portal Create your account in portal Enter data required for preparing document & Verify all details Validate your identity using your Aadhar number. Auto calculation of Stamp Duty, registration Fees and other charges from portal Pay Stamp Duty, registration Fees online Capture photographs & thumb impression of all the parties Upload the document for registration SRO will receive document in his log-in SRO to verify identity of registrants with UID & payment details with GRAS SRO will verify document & if found correct will register it using his Electronic Signature Receive registered document in your log-in registration of First agreement of Sale between Developer and Purchaser Developer can avail this facility after complying following pre-requisites.
