4 A valid NB Driver s Licence or NB Photo ID Card is required for registration to prove residency and have access to the Resident Moose draw. Returning user? Your NB Outdoors Card number The hours of operation for the telephone application lines are Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 7:30 pm and Saturday from 9 am to 1 pm. If you experience difficulties during your call, please stay on the line and an operator will assist you. If you continue to experience difficulty with your application or make an error, please contact Energy and Resource Development (ERD) Fish & Wildlife Branch at (506) 453-3826 during regular business hours (Monday - Friday, 8:15 am to 4:30 pm) before attempting to make another application.

6 An amendment to the Fish and Wildlife Act now allows New Brunswick -born serving members of the canadian Forces and RCMP to apply for the Resident Moose Draw the same as any New Brunswick Resident regardless of where they live or serve. Please contact ERD at (506) 453-3826 for more information. For every five (5) years you have applied unsuccessfully since 1994, you will be placed into a higher pool. 7 Hunters born previous to 1981 may present a previous hunting licence as proof of hunting experience. Conservation Education certificates from other provinces, territories and states are valid in New Brunswick . 8 If you are successful in the draw, you may purchase your Moose licence online through the Fish & Wildlife Licensing System, or at an authorized vendor or SNB location starting July 3, 2018. General Information It is an offence to apply more than once to the draw Only one application per person will be accepted each year. Applicants may apply to hunt in only one WMZ. Before choosing a zone, familiarize yourself with WMZ boundaries by visiting a ERD office or the ERD website at to obtain a WMZ booklet and consult the table on this sheet for 2018 WMZ licence quotas.

9 More than one individual may apply from the same telephone number. Moose licences are NOT transferable or refundable.
