ISSN: 2253 - 802X Otras disposicionesConsejer a de empleo, empresa y ComerCioResoluci n de 18 de diciembre de 2017, de la Direcci n General de Relaciones Laborales y Seguridad y Salud Laboral, por la que se publica la relaci n de fiestas locales de los municipios de la Comunidad Aut noma de Andaluc a para el a o art culo del texto refundido de la Ley del Estatuto de los Trabajadores, aprobado por Real Decreto Legislativo 2/2015, de 23 de octubre, dispone que las fiestas laborales, que tendr n car cter retribuido y no recuperable, no podr n exceder de catorce al a o, de las cuales dos ser n el art culo 45 del Real Decreto 2001/1983, de 28 de julio, sobre regulaci n de la jornada de trabajo, jornadas especiales y descansos, quedan establecidas las fiestas laborales de mbito nacional.

2 De car cter retribuido y no el art culo 46 del mencionado Real Decreto se determina que ser n tambi n inh biles para el trabajo retribuidos y no recuperables, hasta dos d as de cada a o natural con car cter de fiestas locales que por tradici n le sean propias en cada municipio, determin ndose por la autoridad laboral competente a propuesta del Pleno del Ayuntamiento correspondiente , y public ndose en el correspondiente Bolet n Oficial de la Comunidad Aut Decreto 63/2017, de 2 de mayo, publicado el d a 9 de mayo de 2017, en el Bolet n Oficial de la Junta de Andaluc a, se determina el calendario de fiestas laborales de la Comunidad Aut noma de Andaluc a para el a o 2017, indicando en su art culo 3 que la propuesta de cada municipio de hasta dos fiestas locales se realizar ante esta Consejer a, en el plazo de dos meses a contar desde d a siguiente al de la publicaci n del Decreto en el Bolet n Oficial de la Junta de Andaluc Orden de la Consejer a de Trabajo de 11 de octubre de 1993, publicada en B0JA n m.

3 112, de 16 de octubre de 1993, regula el procedimiento a seguir para la determinaci n de las fiestas locales, inh biles para el trabajo, retribuidas y no recuperables en los municipios de la Comunidad Aut noma de Andaluc el Anexo de la presente Resoluci n se incluye la relaci n de fiestas acordadas por el Pleno de los Ayuntamientos, u rgano competente por expresa delegaci n del Pleno, y constan comunicadas a la Autoridad uso de las facultades que me est n conferidas, en virtud de lo dispuesto por el Decreto de la Presidenta 12/2015, de 17 de junio, de la Vicepresidencia y sobre reestructuraci n de Consejer as, y Decreto 210/2015, de 14 de julio, por el que se regula la estructura org nica de la Consejer a de Empleo, Empresa y Comercio,R E S U E L V OPublicar en el Bolet n Oficial de la Junta de Andaluc a el Anexo que se acompa a, en el que se contiene la relaci n de fiestas locales en los respectivos municipios de la Comunidad Aut noma de Andaluc a, en el per odo comprendido entre el 1 de enero y el 31 de diciembre del a o 2018, como d as inh biles para el trabajo, retribuidos y no , 18 de diciembre de El Director General, Jes s Gonz lez M mero 244 - Viernes, 22 de diciembre de 2017p gina 91 Bolet n Oficial de la Junta de Andaluc aDep sito Legal: SE-410/1979.
