1 This is a Ft. Meade requisition for a Configuration manager / Request Fulfillment Process Analyst. The position requires and active Secret clearance and I am looking for a great, qualified candidate! Configuration manager / Request Fulfillment Process Analyst Ft. Meade , MD Active Secret clearance required! Leidos has an opening for a Configuration Management & Request Fulfillment Process Analyst to work at the customer site at Ft Meade , MD . Active DoD Secret clearance is required . This is an exciting opportunity to use your experience helping the DISA and the OSS Network Operations. In support of the service delivery & assurance and network change & Configuration management aspects of the customer s OSS Division, the process analyst will take on a variety of assignments concurrently to identify, assess, and respond to options for meeting technical requirements to be implemented using oracle Communications metasolv Solution (MSS) Inventory Management solution and other oracle Communications Suite applications.

2 Roles and Responsibilities: Work collaboratively with architecture & engineering team members, the customer, and other stakeholders to validate requirements and to document & create workflows in support of solutions based on the customer s business and mission requirements. Respond to requests for enhancement or modification of systems, connectivity, service delivery (order entry, order management), telecommunications operations management, and change and Configuration management, while utilizing extensive specialized knowledge about change and Configuration management and request fulfillment processes associated with telecommunications industry best practices. Participate in peer and government reviews to ensure completeness and adequacy of solutions . Leverage extensive experience with either MSS Inventory Management and multiple technology modules or MSS Order Management and the service activation components IPSA & ASAP.

3 Work closely with team architects and engineers to evaluate and stand up releases to the component applications within the oracle Communications suite. Support modifications or fixes to existing code as requested by the customer. Interview customers and stakeholders to document requirements. Analyze the capabilities of applications already in the environment. Determine database structural requirements by analyzing client operations, applications, and legacy data access methods. Play a key role in development of solutions which pay consideration to scalability, reliability, availability, and security. Qualifications (To be considered for this position, you must minimally meet the knowledge, skills, and abilities listed below) BS in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related discipline 8+ years experience of which at least 3+ years must be specialized; 10+ years of relevant work experience may be substituted for degree at hirer s discretion.

4 Experience with either MSS Inventory Management and multiple technology modules or MSS Order Management and the service activation components IPSA & ASAP Active DoD Secret Clearance Preferred Qualifications (Candidates with these desired skills will be given preferential consideration) MS in related field Familiarity with the network discovery & reconciliation product, Network Integrity. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Knowledge of software development lifecycle methodologies. Familiarity with orchestration concepts (experience with orchestration tools is a plus) Excellent analytical, organizational, time management and problem solving skills. Ability to interact professionally with customers, accurately articulate requirements, analyze options, and provide solutions for multiple concurrent projects. Familiarity with TM Forum methodologies (Frameworx, ITIL, eTOM).
