This paper presents two new circuits for Gray-Code Current -mode analog to digital conversion which employs absolute value operation. The implementations of two different 5-bit converter circuits are discussed in this paper. m CMOS technology with 5V power supply voltage is used for the circuits. Most processing is done in the digital domain whereas the signals in the world we live in are analog. Analog to Digital conversion which provides the link between these two domains is an extremely important research area.
