2 | 3 |The security of your Online transactions is our priorityInternet Banking is easy to use and convenient and you can rest assured that it s also a safe way to do Business . The latest 128-bit encryption technology ensures that no one can intercept your information. Your Online environment is as secure as a physical bank, so you can safely move money between your own accounts and make payments into other people s Online bank can also safely give your account number to others so they can pay you directly. They can put money into your account, but can t take it backs up all Internet Banking data on separate secure computers at different locations, so there s no risk of losing any transaction information. 6 There are three types of access levels you can choose: Value, Non-value and No access. A Value User has transaction access and can authorise payments on specific accounts A Non-value User can create transactions and has view-only access to specific accounts No access excludes users from specific accounts. For example a user may have Value access on one account and no access on another. The level of user access is selected on your Business Online application, and can be amended later by either manual administration form, which is processed between 5 10 working days or you can complete the request via Online Self Serve Administration, where once the request has been submitted the change will be made within PaymentsIf you often make regular deposits to a savings or investment account, you can save time by setting up a periodic periodic payment feature is a convenient way to authorise the bank to make payments on your behalf for fixed amounts at regular fixed intervals.
7 Payments can be made from your bank accounts to most other financial institutions. Once the periodic payment is established, all you have to do is make sure there are enough funds in the account before the payment is set up a periodic payment, simply click on Periodic on the left-hand menu on the Banking and Importing filesWhy waste time re-keying details each time you pay staff and suppliers when you can simply import files from your accounting software into Business Online ? You can also export the transaction history of your cheque, savings, credit card and home loan accounts back into your accounting software one account at a software packages supported within the exporting feature are: Quicken , MS Money , MYOB , Cashflow Manager, AgriMaster and Excel . You can also use other packages that use qif, ofx or csv file formats. To export your transactions, simply click on the account name from your Accounts List and select Export from the top of the import a file, please refer to the step-by-step demonstration under the Import tab in this guide.
