All terms not otherwise defined herein shall have the meaning set forth in the Agreement. The current version of this Guide will be made available to Service Providers on VMware Partner Central . VMware Partner Network ( VPN ) Program Policies VPN Program Enrollment and Compliance To join a VMware Partner Program (VPN), a Partner must complete an appl ic ation and ex ec ute a VMware Partner Program enroll ment agreement. Benefits and requi rements v ary by Program and, for m u l t i-l e v e l p r o g r a m s , b y m e m b e r s h i p l e v e l . P r o g r a m m e m b e r s h i p w i l l r e n e w a u t o m a t i c a l l y f o r s u c c e s s i v e o n e-y e a r t e r m s provided that the Partner remains in compliance with all Program requirements.
